RSS feed

I'd recommend you setup an RSS feed process with your favorite web site(s). This allows you to simply get a message in your e-mail inbox whenever a site you follow updates their content.

I recently added an RSS feed option to this blog site. For WordPress hosted sties, like this one, all you need to do is add /feed after the default site URL. In the case of this page: https://mikeoneill.blog/feed points you directly to the RSS format content to add to your notification service.

There are many RSS feed services available, but I like one of these: Microsoft Flow or IFTTT.com. All you do is: setup a task, assign the URL for the RSS feed, and put in an SMTP address to receive the messages.

This is an easy way to stay up with the latest posts so you don't have to go searching for the updates, but the updates find you. With so many random updates from multiple sites, it's difficult to visit every site, every day, thus, just let them tell you about their updates. You can simply delete the message, or read up on the new information. Easy peasy!

Hope that helps make your job of keeping up with the amount of technology changes that happen so quick now a days. Enjoy.
